In Character section / Character Stories (subforum)

Title says it all. We need an In Character forum, with Character Stories as one subforum, factions (later), etc. Advertisement and so on.

I should've thought of that!
Ye, Joey's right, we do need it, but not the full package, only a few subforums, since the server is still young. :p

Yeah, the other sections should be added later, not now.
